TEACHING / TRAINING
One of my gifts and passions is teaching. It is a natural fit for someone who has spent her life on stage and advocating. Currently, I teach acting at California State University Long Beach. I was a software trainer for many years, training individuals, large organizations, small non-profits, and government agencies how to use new software products, I also created online video tutorials for a software company.
I was once a teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District for 3rd Grade with an Emergency Credential, and I was a substitute teacher for Elementary and Middle School at LAUSD.
WEB DESIGN and GRAPHIC DESIGN
I’ve designed and maintained many websites over the years. My clients have included actors, singers, musicians, theater companies, film companies, writers, social organizations, small businesses, gay-friendly organizations. Here are a couple that are still being maintained: www.carolinewaters.com and www.garyimhoff.net. I use Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and WordPress. I have also done print design and marketing including CD cover designs, business cards, flyers and postcards.
EMAIL MARKETING
I have years of experience with Constant Contact and Internet Mail Manager to help clients reach out to their fan-bases, potential clients, members, etc.
